1. Using MedNarrate
These terms are between you and MedNarrate. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms as applicable to your use. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must have the legal capacity to agree, and authority to act for an agency or organization if you use a service on its behalf.
A separate written agency agreement or product-specific terms control where they conflict with these general terms. Nothing on a marketing page creates a shared account, integrated service, or bundled subscription.
2. Separate products and access
MedNarrate is both the company name and the name of its individual narrative-builder product. MedSchedule is a separate agency scheduling product. MedAssess is an invitation-only educator question-bank collaboration. Access to one product does not automatically grant access to another.
Use the named app links on Launch Apps. Keep passwords and private invitations confidential, use only accounts and records you are authorized to access, and tell us if you believe an account has been compromised. An invitation-only product requires authorization even if you receive or discover a link.
3. Responsible use and clinical judgment
The MedNarrate narrative builder organizes details you enter into a draft. It does not provide medical advice, make clinical decisions, establish a diagnosis, or verify that documentation meets every legal, billing, regulatory, or agency requirement. Its deterministic generator does not infer missing clinical findings.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, permitted use, and final wording of your documentation. Review each narrative and its sources before copying, downloading, or using it. Do not treat a generated draft as proof that care occurred, consent was obtained, or a requirement was satisfied.
Use the services lawfully. Do not misrepresent events, access another person’s account without permission, upload malicious or executable material, attempt to bypass access or payment controls, or interfere with the services. Keep clinical information out of website forms, support requests, saved template configuration, and nonclinical defaults.
4. Pricing, trials, and subscriptions
Published offers are in USD. The MedNarrate narrative builder is $10.00 per month per individual subscription. The MedSchedule agency offer is $20.00 per month or $225.00 for one annual charge per agency, with a 30-day free trial available by request. MedAssess has no public price. Products are separate offers.
The relevant checkout or written agency offer confirms the product, billing period, any trial eligibility, first charge, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes before you agree to pay. A request for a demo, trial, or educator invitation through this website does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. We do not collect payment card details through the contact form.
MedNarrate narrative-builder subscriptions renew monthly under the consent provided at checkout unless canceled. Any trial that checkout offers has the eligibility, duration, payment requirements, and conversion terms shown there. We do not promise a trial or annual plan for every product. Changes to future prices or subscription terms will be communicated as required before they apply.
5. Cancellation, billing questions, and refunds
Manage a MedNarrate narrative-builder subscription using the app’s billing controls. A scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the access period shown in the account; cancellation before a trial deadline prevents the next charge as described in checkout and the account. For agency subscriptions or difficulty accessing cancellation controls, contact us with the product and account or agency identifier, without sending payment card details.
For a billing error or refund request, email contact@mednarrate.net. These terms do not promise a refund in every situation or limit any refund, cancellation, or other right required by applicable law. Deleting browser data or sending a general product inquiry does not cancel a subscription.
6. Your content and our software
You retain your rights in the content you provide, including your observations, templates, and edited narratives. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use that content. MedNarrate receives only the permissions needed to process information for the service you request, consistent with the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your clinical observations or narratives to MedNarrate.
MedNarrate and its licensors retain their rights in the software, website, branding, and supplied materials. Subject to the applicable offer and access rules, you may use the service for your authorized personal or organizational work. You may not resell access, copy the service to create an unauthorized competing offering, or use another party’s trademarks in a way that implies affiliation. Rights that applicable law gives you are preserved.
7. Data handling and availability
The Privacy Policy explains the narrative builder’s in-memory case handling and account storage boundaries. Copy or download work you need before closing or refreshing the app. You are responsible for handling exported content according to applicable law and organizational policy. Do not assume another MedNarrate product has the same storage model.
We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt a service and may restrict access reasonably needed to address abuse, security issues, or a violation of the applicable agreement. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice or a way to resolve an access issue. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular clinical, administrative, or financial outcome.
8. Service limitations and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without a guarantee that every feature will suit every workflow, every error will be detected, or every interruption will be avoided. To that same extent, MedNarrate is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, including decisions made from an unreviewed narrative or mishandling of an exported file.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version, and we will provide notice when required by law or an applicable agreement. Updated website terms do not silently change a separately agreed billing period or agency contract.
For questions about these terms, a product, or an account, email contact@mednarrate.net or use the contact form. Include the product name and a business description of the issue. Do not send patient information, narratives, credentials, or private invitation links.
