Which product is for me?
MedNarrate is the narrative builder for individual EMS providers. MedSchedule is for agency scheduling. MedAssess is an invitation-only educator question-bank collaboration.
Are the products one subscription?
Products are separate offers. MedNarrate is billed per individual subscription; MedSchedule is billed per agency. Choose the product that fits your work.
How do I open an app I already use?
Use Launch Apps for confirmed public app links. MedNarrate opens at app.mednarrate.net. Invited MedAssess educators should use their private access link. MedSchedule opens at schedule.mednarrate.net. For access help, contact us with your agency name.
How can my agency try MedSchedule?
Request a 30-day free trial through the contact form and choose MedSchedule. You can also request a demo to discuss your scheduling needs.
Where do I manage an existing account or subscription?
Open the product you use. MedNarrate account and billing controls remain inside the MedNarrate app. For help with another product, contact us and select that product.
How do educators request MedAssess access?
Choose Request Educator Access and tell us about your educator role using the contact form. Access is by invitation; the registration link is private.
